They can get health problems if they smoke so they won't be taken care of because they have consequences on smoking. Another example of this would be in a good point of view, and that is someone who helps other. The person who is helping others is doing what's right and being nice. They are taken care of the goodness that they are doing will reach out to others who aren't doing what's so great. Just do what's best as long as you choose to do the right things.
