What this quote means is to just choose the right. It's always best to do the right things all the time. For example if you decide to do something that's the right thing to do you'll feel great about it. Like what if someone drops something while they're walking somewhere and you see that it's right there, you do the right thing and pick it up and give them whatever they dropped. Another example, is when you turn in all classwork and homework completed. That's the right thing to do. It is just always good to do the right things.
