what this quote is saying is that whenever you do something that's good you feel great about it. and once you do something bad you feel bad about it , you feel guilt. I mean i can relate to this because once i'm always having a good feeling is when i do something right. like i get proud of myself. once i do something bad, i feel some type of bad way at the mistakes i've done. for example if you were told that you couldn't go somewhere and you still went either way that's something bad and you'll probably end up feeling guilty about it. and another example for feeling good would be if you actually listened on what to not do and you don't do it you feel good about yourself because you didn't do anything that was wrong.
